Careers Education

From Year 7 to Year 13 students take part in a comprehensive Careers Education and Guidance programme, receiving specialist advice throughout their academic years.  All students have access to a wide ranging selection of resources, accessible to all learning styles and abilities, including the Kangaroo, Kudos and Streets Ahead Career Programmes. There are two, well-stocked libraries which support our careers provision, one in the Senior School Library and the other in the Sixth Form Centre, containing a varied range of materials.  All students in Years 10 and 11 complete the Morrisby Psychometric Test and receive an in-depth careers interview, to enable them to make a successful transition to the Sixth Form and life beyond Ratcliffe College.
