Art, Design and Techology

Art, Design and Technology are extremely popular amongst Ratcliffe students, both within the curriculum and more broadly as activities pursued by many. A wide range of specialisms are offered (including graphics, product design, textiles and printmaking) encouraging students to develop an independent approach and their own visual language. The Art and Design Department believes that every student has a talent within this field and offers a variety of approaches to help them flourish. Students regularly exhibit at leading regional Arts Centres, and guest speakers inspire and challenge the school community to beautify our environment.
