We are delighted to welcome you to the Ratcliffe College Junior Department.

As a staff we are totally committed to making each child’s time in the Junior Department a happy one. We aim to develop his or her full potential in all areas of the life at Ratcliffe, so that they may in time embark upon their secondary education with confidence and enthusiasm.

We believe that education is a partnership between home and school, with the child at the centre.

Our recent School Inspection recognised how well the needs of our pupils are addressed in all areas of life, from teaching and learning, to sporting, musical, dramatic, spiritual and moral development. The report also recognised that we are an exceptionally happy and caring school which nurtures good confidence in our pupils and where the quality of learning is excellent.
